Commercial Construction Builds:
We’ve done several different types of construction cleans for commercial builders. Generally these are more labor and equipment intensive. For example, the square footage and the height of ceilings in a commercial facility are generally much higher. In a warehouse or industrial space ceiling can be up to 100 feet high. That requires our team to rent lifts to thoroughly clean the walls and ceilings across the entire facility. The main difference between the commercial construction cleans vs. the residential construction cleans is the time and man power it takes to fully deep clean a commercial property after a build or a remodel.
Residential Construction Builds:
Like commercial we also need some extra equipment to tackle those hard to reach spaces in a new build or remodel of a residential home. Typically the right size latter will do for us to get these types of cleans done. We also don’t need as much man power as a commercial facility would need for a construction clean. The detail and time it takes for a residential clean might be a little more, but we strive to put in the same detail whether we’re cleaning your home or your business.
