- Moving Cleans – When it’s time to move we’ve helped homeowners clean their homes in preparation for listing their homes for sale. These cleans are another clean that is considered a top-to-bottom clean. Appliances, baseboards, and even walls typically get cleaned. - Deep Cleaning – Similar to moving cleans these cleans are for homeowners who need a “refresh” of their space. This clean is very similar to the moving cleans we do except the only difference is the homeowners aren’t moving! On our end, the scope of work is the same!
2. Driveway Repaving
- Asphalt Repaving – we’ve dug up entire driveways and repaved them with asphalt a handful of times across the West metro area this past summer and have received beautiful results. It should be noted that there were several instances where Tomms quoted the customer the best price compared to our competitors.
- Parking Lot Maintenance – Tomms helped business owners repair cracks and potholes in their parking lots this summer caused by the winters here in the Twin Cities.
3. Handyman Services
- House Flipping – Tomms executed a handful of house-flipping services with our handyman in Minneapolis over the spring and summer. Everything from installing new windows, and painting, to installing new flooring and doors. We’ve done just about everything when it comes to flipping a house.
- Laundry room remodeling – We did a few laundry room remodels this past year in Chaska, St. Paul, and Minneapolis. We did everything from rewiring and moving the plumbing around to premier finishes.
- Quick Fixes – Many property managers have trusted Tomms to be their preferred Twin Cities home maintenance provider this past year. Everything from installing locks on a door to emergency plumbing situations. Our handyman has dealt with pretty much every scenario in a home.
