- Deep Cleaning: $150 – $250 per visit
- Frequency Discounts: 10-15% off for weekly or bi-weekly services
2. Condos (2-3 Bedrooms, 1,000-1,500 sq ft)
- Standard Cleaning: $150 – $180 per visit
- Deep Cleaning: $180 – $300 per visit
- Frequency Discounts: 10-15% off for regular services
3. Small Homes (2-3 Bedrooms, 1,200-1,800 sq ft)
- Standard Cleaning: $180 – $250 per visit
- Deep Cleaning: $200 – $350 per visit
- Frequency Discounts: 10-20% off for regular cleaning schedules
4. Medium Homes (3-4 Bedrooms, 1,800-2,500 sq ft)
- Standard Cleaning: $200 – $300 per visit
- Deep Cleaning: $250 – $450 per visit
- Frequency Discounts: 10-20% off for recurring services
5. Large Homes (4-5 Bedrooms, 2,500-4,000+ sq ft)
- Standard Cleaning: $240 – $380 per visit
- Deep Cleaning: $350 – $600 per visit
- Frequency Discounts: 10-25% off for ongoing services
Additional Costs to Consider
- Extras: Windows, interior appliance cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc., might add $50 – $150 depending on the service.
- Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: This can be more extensive and may cost 20-30% more than a deep cleaning.
- Laundry: Our customers add on laundry all the time! If you need a hand doing your laundry and folding it up we’re happy to help. The average cost to add on laundry is $50 a load, that includes washing, drying, and folding it.
